1. AXNEW display would be strictly complied with the factory production procedure. Working on CE FCC ROHS quality management system control.

2. Every product would be tested for over 48 hours before shipments.
3. Every goods would be recorded in our shipment records, it would be easily in maintenance if the goods needed to repair.
4. AXNEW display tried our best to test all the components and adopted the good quality electronic parts ,including the new and orginal lcd panels for monitors , A perfect grade for the quality warranty.our R&D group team developed some long use life with stable performance control board to support our lcd working in harsh environments. Wide temperature with low failure rates for control boards are our advantages.
5. If products were in bad conditions, we would copy with the maintenance within 48 hours.

6. For our orders, we mainly put them into the warranty terms after they arrived at your destination. Then they would be DOA and RMA services within the warranty. Normally 1 year warranty for standard order, we could extend to 2 years warranty if we agreed with our customers. 3 years warranty could be discussed together for some special projects.
